Glanbia sees FY adjusted EPS at upper end of market expectations |

LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Glanbia PLC said it expects its 2007 adjusted earnings per share to be at the upper end of market expectations, driven by strong results from the food ingredients division and global nutritionals, which included the full year impact of the Seltzer acquisition.The company said the consumer foods division had a challenging year and performed worse than in 2006.Group MD John Moloney said the company is well placed for sustained double digit growth and that the outlook for 2008 was positive.The results are expected to be announced on March 5.TFN.newsdesk@thomson.comrsh/vsCOPYRIGHTCopyright Thomson Financial News Limited 2007.
