BNP Paribas sees potential for organic growth in the German market |

FRANKFURT (Thomson Financial) - BNP Paribas sees good potential several business lines in the German market, where it plans to grow mainly organically, Germany head Joachim von Schorlemer said in an interview with daily Boersen-Zeitung.The French bank particularly wants to expand the operations of its online broker Cortal Consors, real estate financing UCB and wealth management services.In addition to the 20 existing branches, Cortal Consors will open another 8 branches in Germany this year, von Schorlemer said.In real estate financing, BNP Paribas wants to succeed by offering long-term loans with fixed interest rates.'We do not want to compete on prices.
