ZURICH - Shares of Swiss biotech group Serono SA, which was last year acquired by Germany's Merck KGaA, will cease to be listed on SWX Swiss Exchange's SMI and SPI indices as of Feb 13, 2007, the bourse said.The share will stop trading at 1,100 sfr, Merck's takeover price for all outstanding Serono shares, SWX said.Merck last year acquired a majority stake in Serono, and it currently holds 84 pct of the capital and 89 pct of the voting rights in Serono.afx.zurich@afxnews.comat/lamCOPYRIGHTCopyright AFX News Limited 2006.
