NEW YORK - A director of Forest City Enterprises, which develops commercial and residential real estate, exercised options for 62,400 shares of common stock, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing Monday.In a Form 4 filed with the SEC, Jerry Jarrett reported he exercised the options Thursday for $7.46 to $15.50 apiece and then sold 42,400 of them the same day for $57 to $57.08 apiece.Insiders file Form 4s with the SEC to report transactions in their companies' shares.
