WEST CHESTER, Ohio - Medical device maker AtriCure Inc. said Tuesday it hired Julie Pilton as its chief financial officer and vice president of finance and administration.She will take the position Jan. 23. She's filling the job left open by Thomas J. Etergino, who resigned Aug. 18.Pilton previously worked as vice president of finance and investor relations at School Specialty Inc.Shares of AtriCure closed unchanged at $9.46 on the Nasdaq.Copyright 2006 Associated Press.
