EU SUMMIT German presidency sets 20 pct renewable energy target by 2020 - draft

BRUSSELS (AFX) - The German EU presidency is setting a binding target for 20 pct of the bloc's energy to come from renewable sources by 2020, according to a draft copy of a summit text obtained by deutsche presse-agentur.
