Constantia Packaging, Arla Foods mull options for Danapak Flexibles |

VIENNA (Thomson Financial) - Austria's Constantia Packaging AG said it is examining the options for its participation in Danish company Danapak Flexibles together with its partner, Arla Foods.Constantia Packaging and Arla hold 60 pct and 40 pct respectively in Danapak. The two companies have co-owned Danapak for five years.In 2007 the Constantia Packaging Group expects to generate annual sales of more than 1.3 bln eur.On Monday, Constantia posted a revenue growth for the first quarter of 30.8 pct year-on-year to 337.6 mln eur.
