SEOUL (Thomson Financial) - South Korea and North Korea agreed Tuesday to resume general level military talks on easing tension along the world's last Cold War frontier this month, officials said.The agreement came at working-level military discussions at the border truce village of Panmunjom, the South's defence ministry said.'Both sides agreed to hold general-grade talks from July 24 to 26 following another round of working-level talks on July 16,' a ministry spokesman told Agence France-Presse.afp/zrzr/zrCOPYRIGHTCopyright AFX News Limited 2007.
