PIK Group buys new development site in Nizhniy Novgorod, Russia for 68.6 mln usd

LONDON (Thomson Financial) - PIK Group said it has acquired a 20.5 hectare plot of undeveloped land in Nizhniy Novgorod, Russia, for about 68.6 mln usd through a tender offer.

The Russia's residential real estate developer said it sees strong growth potential in Nizhniy Novgorod, adding that it continues to acquire attractive assets in Russia's regions.
