Sears holdings names J Miles Reidy chief financial officer

HOFFMAN ESTATES, Illinois (Thomson Financial) - Sears Holdings Corp said J Miles Reidy will join as its chief financial officer from October.

Sears said Reidy will take over from William Crowley, the chief administrative officer who has been serving in the position on an interim basis.

Reidy joins from Capital One Financial Corp, where he has held a number of senior financial and planning positions, Sears said.
