MILAN - Market data at 9.31 am.

Major indices:

-Mibtel 31,828 points, down 0.35 pct

-S&P MIB 41,380 points, down 0.45 pct

Main S&P/Mib gainers:

- Tenaris up 2.46 pct at 18.31 eur

- STMicroelectronics up 0.02 pct at 14.54 eur on Lehman upgrade

- Alitalia up 0.28 pct at 1.08 eur on reports of services outsourcing moves and Texas Pacific interest

Main S&P/Mib losers:

- Enel down 1.09 pct at 7.68 eur on possible delays to privatisation of Slovenske Elektrarne plant

- Unipol is down 1.09 pct at 2.85 eur

- Italcementi down 1.17 pct at 21.87 eur after yesterday's gains

- Telecom Italia down 0.69 pct at 2.36 eur on news fixed telephone card fee to be abolished
