Spain Supreme Court lifts injunction on Gas Natural's bid for Endesa

MADRID (AFX) - Spain's Supreme Court said it has decided to lift the injunction imposed on Gas Natural SDG SA's bid for Endesa SA, launched in Sept 2005.

The decision was carried by 16 votes to 15, the court noted.

The injunctions were imposed at the request of Endesa on April 21, 2006.
