BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. (AFX) - Hilton Hotels Corp. said Wednesday it signed multiyear management agreements with Caribbean Real Estate Opportunity Fund 2005 for two resorts in Costa Rica.Neither the financial details nor the length of the contracts were disclosed.The agreements, effective in December of 2007, mean Hilton will manage a 202-room property in Guanacaste and a 410-room property in Puntarenas. Hilton will also rename several hotels in the Central American nation.Shares of Hilton fell 36 cents to $34.49 in midday trading on the New York Stock Exchange.Copyright 2006 Associated Press.
