NEW YORK (AP) - McGraw-Hill Cos., the owner of BusinessWeek magazine and Standard & Poor's, on Tuesday said Daniel Caton has been named president of its Learning Group unit that focuses on the pre-kindergarten though 12th-grade markets.Caton, who is replacing the retiring Peter F. Sayeski, previously served as president of rival Pearson Learning Group.Britain-based Pearson PLC is the publisher of the Financial Times and owner of Penguin books.Shares of McGraw-Hill slipped 54 cents to $61.43 in afternoon trading on the New York Stock Exchange.Copyright 2007 Associated Press.
