(Updating to add Lufthansa announcement on move to Domodedovo airport)FRANKFURT (Thomson Financial) - Deutsche Lufthansa AG confirmed it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding to enter a strategic partnership with Russia's Airunion, that will in the medium term involve code-sharing flights and cooperation on frequent flyer programmes.From summer 2008, the two companies will launch reciprocal sale of tickets, Lufthansa said in a statement.Airunion offers flights to 35 destination in Russia, which will complement Lufthansa's 200 weekly flights to 18 destinations in Russia and CIS countries.Separately, Lufthansa said it is moving its passenger and cargo business in Moscow, from Sheremetyevo airport to Domodedovo airport, to share the airport with a number of other Star Alliance members including Austrian Airlines and Singapore Airlines.maria.sheahan@thomson.commas/rfw/mas/amCOPYRIGHTCopyright AFX News Limited 2007.
