EL SEGUNDO, Calif. (AP) - Computer Sciences Corp. said Thursday that its European group signed contracts worth a combined value of up to about $171 million, if all options are exercised, during the quarter ended Sept. 28.The contracts include a previously unannounced contract and a previously announced contract, with no announced value, the information-services provider said.The contract performance periods range between five and eight years, Computer Sciences said. No further details were disclosed.Computer Sciences shares rose 51 cents to $58.57 in aftermarket trading, after rising 50 cents to $58.06 in the regular session.Copyright 2007 Associated Press.
