(Names Gas Natural as third party, adds backgroundMADRID (AFX) - Spain's stock market regulator CNMV said it has received a written request from E.ON AG that it investigate possible collusion between Acciona SA and Gas Natural SDG SA over the constructor's recent stake building in Spanish power giant Endesa SA.'We have received a written request (to investigate) possible collusion between Acciona and Gas Natural,' a CNMV spokeswoman told AFP.Acciona has raised its stake in Endesa to 21.03 pct from a previous 20 pct over the last 10 days, according to a filing with the CNMV.In November, energy watchdog CNE gave the construction company the green light to increase its stake in the utility to 24.9 pct, just under the limit which would trigger a partial bid.Rival bids for Endesa by Gas Natural and E.ON are suspended by the CNMV pending resolution of a legal enquiry into Gas Natural's offer.Yesterday, Spain's Supreme Court lifted an injunction imposed on Gas Natural's bid though a further block by a Madrid court remains in place.No-one at Acciona was immediately available for comment.afxmadrid@afxnews.comcve/jdy/cve/lamCOPYRIGHTCopyright AFX News Limited 2006.
