Impresa acquires 67 pct stake in New Media Digital Contents for 474 mln eur

LISBON (AFX) - Impresa SGPS said its Media Zoom unit has acquired 67 pct of New Media Digital Contents - Gestao de Conteudos, Lda for 474 mln eur.

In a statement, Impresa said that New Media's business is focused on 'exploring opportunities in the acquisition and management of copyrights of video, video games, and music.'
