EATONTOWN, N.J. (AP) - Bone graft and stabilization products maker Osteotech Inc. said Wednesday that former Massachusetts Attorney General James M. Shannon has been appointed to the board, effective March 29.Shannon is currently the President and Chief Executive Officer of the National Fire Protection Association.Shannon was the Massachusetts Attorney General from 1987 to 1991. From 1979 to 1985, he served in the U.S. House of Representatives.Osteotech shares dipped 1 cent to $8.16 in after-hours trading, after falling 17 cents, or 2 percent, to close at $8.17 on the Nasdaq Stock Market.
