PLEASANTON, Calif. (AP) - Grocery-store chain operator Safeway Inc. on Sunday said it is widening its recall of some meat products in Arizona which might be contaminated with the E. coli bacteria.The following meat with sell-by dates between April 7 and May 1 are being recalled:-Regular Ground Beef 73% Lean-Regular Ground Beef 73% Lean Extreme Value-Lean Ground Beef 80% Lean-80% Lean Ground Beef Market 20% Fat-Lean Ground Beef 80% Lean Extreme Value-Lean Ground Sirloin-Leanest Ground Beef 93% Lean-Lean Ground Sirloin Extreme Value-93% Lean Ground Beef 7% Fat Extreme Value-85% Lean Ground Beef 15% Fat Extreme Value-80% Lean Ground Beef Market 20% Fat Extreme ValueThe following meat with sell-by dates between April 23 and May 7 are being recalled:-100% Ground Beef 20% Fat (Packaged For Miller Meat Co.) (In a tube.)The following products with sell-by dates between April 15 and May 2 are being recalled:- Moran's All Natural Ground Beef 4% Fat (Patties)- Ground Beef 96/4 (Packaged by United Food Group LLC)- Ground Beef not to Exceed 15% Fat (Packaged by Miller Meat Co.)- Ground Beef Chili Meat 85% Lean 15% Fat (Packaged by United Food Group LLC)Symptoms of E. coli include stomach cramps that may be severe and diarrhea that may turn bloody within one to three days. E. coli sometimes can lead to complications including kidney failure.Safeway said customers should discard products or return them to a local store for a refund.
