Jeulin to pay Telekurs 137.9 mln eur for Fininfo's knowledge management ops |

PARIS (Thomson Financial) - Financiere Jeulin will pay 137.9 mln eur to buy Fininfo's knowledge management operations once Telekurs Holding SA has completed its acquisition of the French financial information business, according to details of the deal released today.Financiere Jeulin, representing 52 pct shareholder Gerard Jeulin, said on Tuesday that it will launch a 16.6 eur per share bid for minority shareholdings in Fininfo.Fininfo said today that Financiere Jeulin will then sell the whole business to Telekurs and buy back the Altares knowledge management division plus two other small divisions for 137.9 mln eur including taking on gross debt of 9.8 mln eur as Dec 31 2006.Financiere Jeulin is a holding company 81 pct owned by the Jeulin family and 19 pct by Amber Fund.Fininfo shares have been suspended since Monday when they closed 0.35 eur or 2.38 pct lower at 14.31 eur, giving the company a market capitalisation of 185 mln eur.Andrew.Newby@thomson.comanCOPYRIGHTCopyright AFX News Limited 2007.
