PARIS (Thomson Financial) - Alternative telecoms provider Neuf Cegetel said it aims to achieve revenue growth of over 20 pct next year for the mass market division, driven primarily by the robust momentum of the Neuf brand in broadband, the success of its new services and continuation of the fixed-mobile convergence strategy. The mass market division should achieve a commercial margin of 30 pct in 2008, it said, defining the commercial margin as gross margin on production costs less selling expenses. The enterprises division is expected to achieve further revenue growth of 5-10 pct in 2008 in a still declining market, thanks in particular to the growing contribution from VoIP services, the emergence of ToIP (telephony over IP) services - based on the convergence of data and voice networks - and the growth on the SME market, Neuf Cegetel said. The group expects the enterprises division to maintain a strong profitability next year thanks to growth in data services, with improvement in margins as a result of the extension of the unbundled network.Neuf Cegetel reiterated revenue growth targets of 70 pct for the mass market division and the upper half of the 5-10 pct range for the enterprises division in the second half of this year.It said it also confirms its target of doubling operating cash flow between the start of 2006 and the end of 2007, then reaching a level of around 450 mln eur in 2008, thanks to continuing rapid improvement in EBITDA margin to 25 pct at end-2008 and control of capital expenditure.Andrew.Newby@Thomson.coman/raCOPYRIGHTCopyright AFX News Limited 2007.
