Astroc confirms meeting with Aisa today

MADRID (Thomson Financial) - Astroc Mediterraneo SA said management will meet today with potential merger partner Catalan property group Aisa, confirming an earlier report in La Gaceta de los Negocios.

Astroc sources said the merger talks are ongoing, downplaying the report that any deal could be closed as early as today.

One of the main bones of contention has been the valuation of Aisa's assets.
