AMSTERDAM (Thomson Financial) - Crucell NV said its wholly owned subsidiary Berna Biotech AG has sold its entire stake in Switzerland's Pevion Biotech Ltd, resulting in net proceeds of about 10 mln sfr (6 mln eur).Crucell said Berna Biotech sold all of its 2.9 mln Pevion Biotech shares to other shareholders of Pevion Biotech.The Dutch biotech company said it had held a 36 pct stake in Pevion Biotech.Aaron Gray-Block; aaron.gray-block@thomson.comagb/ejbCOPYRIGHTCopyright Thomson Financial News Limited 2007.
