LONDON (Thomson Financial) - OPEC will focus on strengthening dialogue with consumer countries and stabilising prices at the forthcoming summit in Saudi Arabia, Algerian energy minister and OPEC vice president Chakib Khelil said.Khelil, speaking to Algerian news agency APS, said OPEC wants to talk with oil-consuming countries about stabilising the market and maintaining both the revenues of the member countries and the security of energy supply for other countries around the world.The dialogue between OPEC and oil consuming countries is 'extremely important' for the organisation, he said.OPEC will hold its third summit in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia on Nov 17-18.tf.TFN-Europe_newsdesk@thomson.comabr/ms1COPYRIGHTCopyright Thomson Financial News Limited 2007.
