J&J gets federal subpoenas on drug sales |

NEW BRUNSWICK, N.J. (AP) - Diversified health-care products maker Johnson & Johnson Inc. said Monday that it received three federal subpoenas over sales of separate products.The company said the U.S. Attorney's Office in Philadelphia, Boston, and San Francisco issued subpoenas for information on J&J oversight of its units that sell the antipsychotic medication Risperdal, migraine treatment Topamax and shortness of breath treatment Natrecor, respectively. Risperdal is sold by Janssen LP, Topamax by Ortho-McNeil, and Natrecor by Scios Inc.J&J said the subpoenas related to previously announced probes by the Attorney's Offices over how the drugs were sold and marketed.The company said it will cooperate with the requests.J&J shares fell 50 cents to $61.64 in premarket activity, after closing Friday at $62.14 on the New York Stock Exchange.Copyright 2007 Associated Press.
