Phosphagenics says Nestle Nutrition exercises Phospha-E option |

LONDON (AFX) - Phosphagenics Ltd said that Nestle AG's Nestle Nutrition has exercised its option under an existing commercial agreement to use vitamin E-based Phospha-E for the treatment and prevention of metabolic syndrome.On Dec 14, Phosphagenics said that it had completed its Phospha-E pre-clinal trial program with Nestle Nutrition, with positive results, and was waiting Nestle's decision on whether to exercise its option to develop the product.Further details will be released once Phosphagenics has received Nestle Nutrition's consent, said the Australian drug delivery company.newsdesk@afxnews.comroCOPYRIGHTCopyright AFX News Limited 2006.
