LONDON (Thomson Financial) - UK bank Barclays PLC said it plans to publish its offer document for Dutch counterpart ABN Amro in July, after 'substantially' completing regulatory filings connected with the takeover.'The progress which Barclays has made with its regulatory filings and offer documentation demonstrates the high degree of deliverability and certainty which the Barclays offer provides ABN AMRO shareholders,' the UK bank's chief executive, John Varley, said in a statement.At 9.07 am, Barclays shares were up 0.41 pct at 736 pence, while the FTSE 100 index was up 0.06 pct.tf.TFN-Europe_newsdesk@thomson.commnCOPYRIGHTCopyright AFX News Limited 2007.
