PARIS (Thomson Financial) - Schroders PLC said it holds 1,126,561 shares in Kaufman et Broad SA, representing 5.06 pct of the French housebuilder's capital and 3.39 pct of voting rights following a purchase of shares last Thursday, according to a notification published by AMF, the French market regulator.The purchase took Schroders above the 5 pct threshhold in Kaufman et Broad's capital.PAI Partners announced on May 25 that it has reached agreement to acquire at least 50.01 pct in Kaufman et Broad at a price of 55 eur per share.PAI is buying the whole of the stake held buy KB Home and part of the shareholding of Guy Nafilyan, Kaufman et Broad's chairman.
