PARIS (Thomson Financial) - French President Nicolas Sarkozy denied the existence of a plan to sell an advanced nuclear power plant to Libya, following a newspaper report that Libya had told power plant developer Areva that that it wanted to buy an EPR, or European pressurised water reactor.Sarkozy made the comment to French journalists during his US visit.
