MADRID (Thomson Financial) - Astroc Mediterraneo SA and Catalan property group Aisa have agreed on terms to merge, and could close the deal as soon as mid-October, La Gaceta de los Negocios reported, citing unnamed sources at Astroc.The two realtors' management met yesterday to discuss the matter.According to the newspaper, the tie-up is likely to happen after Astroc completes its merger with Rayet Promocion and Landscape.Astroc is due to hold a board meeting on Sept 26.tfn.europemadrid@thomson.comccs/jdy/slmCOPYRIGHTCopyright AFX News Limited 2007.
