ZURICH (Thomson Financial) - Swiss retail and real estate group Jelmoli Holding AG announced it will postpone its EGM until October or November, from late September as originally planned, citing two new shareholder motions.The extraordinary general meeting was called in to approve the management's plan to turn the company into an investment group following the sale of its real estate arm for 3.4 bln sfr in July.One of the motions is calling for the group to return the entire proceeds of the real estate sale to its shareholders.andrew.ge.thompson@thomson.comawp/at/ejbCOPYRIGHTCopyright AFX News Limited 2007.
