FRANKFURT (Thomson Financial) - Telefonica will file a complaint with Germany's Federal Network Agency against supposed delays made by Deutsche Telekom AG in the so-called 'last mile connection' when customers want to switch away from the latter to rival networks, Financial Times Deutschland said, citing Telefonica German head of operations Johannes Pruchnow. The report said it now takes Deutsche Telekom 'months' before it switches on the last mile connection, which is the final leg of delivering connectivity from a communications provider to a customer.Pruchnow said it used to take only 'a few days' for a customer to get its connection with a rival provider.marilyn.gerlach@thomson.commog/jrrCOPYRIGHTCopyright Thomson Financial News Limited 2007.
