MILWAUKEE (AP) - Newspaper publisher and broadcast operator Journal Communications Inc. said Tuesday it increased the quarterly dividend on its Class A and Class B shares by 15 percent.The dividend was raised to 75 cents from 65 cents and is payable March 2 to shareholders or record as of Feb. 20.Shares of Journal Communications fell 19 cents to $13.28 in afternoon trading on the New York Stock Exchange.Copyright 2006 Associated Press.
