HONG KONG (XFN-ASIA) - Nan Fung Development won the second of the three sites put up for sale by the Hong Kong government today, with a bid for 3.50 bln hkd.The plot, dubbed site C, measures 214,225 square feet and is located at Pak Shek Kok in Tai Po in New Territories.The sale price was at the upper end of forecasts of analysts, who had predicted the site to fetch 3.38-3.52 bln hkd. The minimum asking price for the site was 2.10 bln hkd.The site was the largest of the three sites being sold in today's auction.Earlier, the first Pak Shek Kok site was sold for 2.11 bln hkd, 111 pct higher than the reserve price of 1.0 bln hkd.Bidding for the last of the three sites, a 29,601 square foot plot which is also in Tai Po, has just ended. The site was sold for 570 mln hkd against a reserve price of 326 mln.roby.lau@xfn.comrl/lw
