COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (AP) - Casino operator Century Casinos Inc. said Tuesday its Austrian unit completed the $8.7 million acquisition of Polish firm G5 Sp.z.o.o., which holds a 33.3 percent stake in Casinos Poland Ltd.Century Casinos Europe GmbH has already paid about $7.9 million of the purchase price, the company said.The remainder of the balance is payable in six months.Casinos Poland operates seven casinos and one slot arcade. LOT Polish Airlines and the Polish Airport Authority also hold 33.3 percent stakes in the company.Shares of Century Casinos slipped 10 cents to $9.70 in afternoon trading on the Nasdaq Stock Market.Copyright 2007 Associated Press.
