S&P affirms rating for CKE Restaurants |

NEW YORK (AP) - Standard & Poor's Ratings Services said Tuesday it affirmed a 'BB-' corporate credit rating for CKE Restaurants, the Carpinteria, Calif.-based company that runs Carl's Jr. and Hardee's fast-food chains.The credit rating service said in a research note that CKE's outlook looks stable.Standard & Poor's gave the company's $320 million revolving credit facility a 'BB' rating with a recovery rating of 1, indicating the company is likely to repay the full principal if it defaults on a payment.Shares of CKE Restaurants Inc. fell 33 cents Tuesday to $18.87 on the New York Stock Exchange.Copyright 2007 Associated Press.
