OSLO (Thomson Financial) - Statoil ASA said it it will invest 1 bln nkr in environmental technology at its Mongstad refinery, north of Bergen.The investment forms part of the refinery's strategy to comply with more stringent emissions limits and requirements.'This will make the entire refinery more robust,' said Statoil spokesman Bjoern Kare Viken.patrick.mcloughlin@thomson.compm/jlwCOPYRIGHTCopyright AFX News Limited 2007.
