LONDON: 'Stay single' is the advice Casanova star Sienna Miller has for girls on the eve of Valentine's Day. She arrived with sister Savannah, mum Jo and a group of girlie friends at the Leicester Square premiere of the movie and was asked if she had any advice for single girls spending Valentine's Day alone. "Just stay single. Stick together with your girlies."
The 24-year-old Hollywood actress, who had recently split with actor Jude Law, admitted she will spend Valentine's Day with her "girlies". "I have no boyfriend at the moment so that's why I've no special plans for Valentine's."
She described the film, in which she stars opposite Australian actor Heath Ledger, as "light-hearted, romantic and perfect for Valentine's Day".
Miller had earlier said she is concerned about the paparazzi following her and she would petition prime minister Tony Blair for protection. She is rumoured to be seeing Star Wars actor Hayden Christensen.
Casanova is opening nationwide 17 February. Among the stars who attended the premiere were Kelly Osbourne, Jeremy Irons, Fearne Cotton and Sarah Dunn.
In the movie, Ledger plays the legendary lover who seduces dozens of women until he meets his match in Francesca Bruni, played by Miller. She said working with Ledger had been fun.
At the premiere she said, "He's like my big brother. He's so laid back. We had lots of fun on set - including farting competitions."
