BOSTON (AP) - International Business Machines Corp. said Tuesday it will open a new campus in Massachusetts in 2008.The new campus, comprised of sites in Littleton and Westford, will house 3,400 of the 5,000 IBM employees working in the state. The employees at the new location will be focused on software development.Currently, IBM has eight offices scattered throughout Massachusetts.
