LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Patricia Russo, the US-born CEO of Alcatel-Lucent, is coming under pressure from French board members to bolster her management team after the telecoms equipment supplier's third profit warning this year, the Financial Times reported.Executives at the company's Paris-based headquarters have become frustrated by her absences as she divides her time between France and the US, the newspaper added without naming sources. One person close to the situation told the newspaper there is no move to oust Russo, but yesterday's warning of a severe cut in sales expectations has fuelled pressure for changes to the way the management team is organised, it said.tf.TFN-Europe_newsdesk@thomson.comjmsCOPYRIGHTCopyright AFX News Limited 2007.
