Skanska wins 2.4 bln skr order from UK's Walsall Hospitals NHS Trust |

STOCKHOLM (Thomson Financial) - Skanska AB said it has won an order worth 174 mln stg, or 2.4 bln skr, from the UK's Walsall Hospitals NHS Trust to design, finance and extend facilities at the trust's Manor Hospital.The order will be included in Skanska's fourth-quarter bookings.Skanska will invest 110 mln skr in the project, which was placed under a UK Private Finance Initiative. The project company is co-owned by Innisfree with a 50 pct stake.Skanska has also signed a facilities management contract for the hospital worth 30 mln skr a year for 30 years.The company will book 60 mln skr of the facilities management contract to its fourth-quarter order bookings.Skanska said the signed deal provides it with a net cash flow of about 345 mln skr in the fourth quarter.
