NEW YORK (Thomson Financial) - UGI Corp. Wednesday reported fourth-quarter earnings of 10 cents a share, including a gain of 12 cents a share from the previously-announced sale of AmeriGas's Arizona propane storage terminal.The mean estimate of analysts polled by Thomson Financial was for a loss of 3 cents a share.The company reaffirmed its outlook for 2008 earnings of $1.95 to $2.05 a share.
