NEW YORK (Thomson Financial) - AmeriGas Propane Inc., a general partner of AmeriGas Partners LP, Wednesday reported fourth-quarter net income of $21 million, or 30 cents a share, including a gain of $46.1 million from the sale of a propane storage facility in Arizona.The mean estimate of analysts polled by Thomson Financial was for a loss of 26 cents a share.Revenue for the quarter rose to $417.1 million from $391.8 million a year earlier, slightly topping Wall Street's $414.5 million.For 2008, the company reaffirmed its previous outlook for pretax income of $300 million to $310 million.Shares of AmeriGas closed at $35.40 on Tuesday.Christie Rizkcr/pcCOPYRIGHTCopyright Thomson Financial News Limited 2007.
