RPT DiamondTech says executive director Julian Moore lifts stake

LONDON (Thomson Financial) - DiamondTech Inc said executive director Julian Moore has bought 100,000 shares at 4.3 pence per share, lifting his stake to 4.32 mln shares or 2.48 pct.

Moore holds his shares through Sunway Securities Ltd, an entity controlled by him.

Sunway now holds 13.82 mln shares or 7.94 pct of DiamondTech's share capital, 9.5 mln shares of which are held on behalf of other third parties.

Earlier today, the company said its Laser Recovery Unit (LRU), the company's diamond sorting technology, on the Grasfontein site in South Africa is successfully recovering diamonds in line with its initial target yields.
