SAN FRANCISCO (Thomson Financial) - Callaway Golf Co. and TaylorMade Golf Co. said late Friday they have reached a joint settlement and patent license agreement that resolves all pending litigation between the companies.Each company will have specified rights to make products under patents owned by the other under the terms of the agreement.
