BOULDER, Colo. (AP) - Wild Oats Markets Inc., a natural foods grocery chain, said it planned to hire up to 250 full- and part-time employees for a new store scheduled to open in Boulder in late March.Wild Oats, based in Boulder, Colo., announced last fall it was closing eight underperforming stores. The targeted stores include the chain's five Henry's Farmers Market stores in the metropolitan Phoenix area and Wild Oats stores in Omaha, Neb.; Fort Collins, Colo.; and West Jordan, Utah.Wild Oats has about 100 natural foods stores in 24 states and British Columbia under the names of Wild Oats Natural Marketplace, Henry's Farmers Market, Sun Harvest and Capers Community Markets.Copyright 2006 Associated Press.
