Delhaize to meet trade unions before publishing FY results - report

BRUSSELS (AFX) - Belgian supermarket group Delhaize will meet with trade unions before publishing full year results tomorrow morning to discuss 'the future orientation of the activities in Belgium', the company told newspaper De Morgen.

Several trade union spokespeople told the newspaper that they fear Delhaize intends to rehouse the less profitable warehouses, in particular in Brussels and in Wallonia, to its own AD Delhaize franchise or to separate companies.
