FRANKFURT (AFX) - DaimlerChrysler AG may not be able to publish its 2006 financial report as planned on Feb 14, and may also have to postpone the group's April 4 annual general meeting due to a dispute with staff, a spokeswoman said.'There is a considerable risk that we cannot meet the timetable,' the DaimlerChrysler spokeswoman told dpa news agency. She confirmed earlier media reports saying the reason for the possible delay is a refusal by DaimlerChrysler's works council to approve extra working hours for accountants needed to complete the report on time.According to newspaper reports, the move comes in protest against DaimlerChrysler's plans to cut 6,000 administrative jobs.newsdesk@afxnews.comdpa/jfb/cmlCOPYRIGHTCopyright AFX News Limited 2006.
