WASHINGTON (AP) - Apollo Group Inc., a for-profit education provider that runs University of Phoenix Inc., on Friday said it delayed filing its report for its fiscal second quarter ended in February, because the restatements required by an investigation of its past stock options practices are not complete.The company is one of at least 208 that have disclosed government or internal probes into their options practices, according to an Associated Press review.Apollo Group said it expects to file its delinquent reports by April 30, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.Shares of Phoenix-based Apollo Group added 31 cents to end at $43.82 on the Nasdaq Stock Market.Copyright 2007 Associated Press.
